Default Anyone a workers compenstation claims adjuster?

I am looking for a new job and thinking about leaving the construction field. I see a lot of job postings for workers compensation claims adjusters but you need to have 3 yrs experience doing it. How do I get an entry level job in this field or any adjuster field if there is no certification in NJ?

I am not an adjuster but I do work with workers comp at a wholesale brokerage. I think the way to get in is to have a background in insurance. I am in the risk management and insurance program at Temple. You can get an insurance job with any degree I'm guessing but risk management is just more specialized to that. You really learn everything you need to know on the job.
