Default Looking for help assembling my new block

Hello,

I am almost done collecting the necessary parts to rebuild my engine for my 2012 WRX
5 door. In a nutshell I drove it into Pence with a knock between 2-3k RPMS with 27k miles on the odometer. Once the tore down was complete there was a hole in the block the size of the grapefruit (?). I was denied a warranty by SOA but alas that was last year and I can see light at the end of the tunnel.

This is what I have so far:

EJ257 Short block

-Wiseco 99.75mm pistons

-ACL race bearings (standard)

-Machining performed by C & T Machine in Orem UT. Block assembled by Underground Performance in Orem Utah.

-ARP head studs

-2007 STI (V25B) cylinder heads.

-Grimmspeed light weight crank pulley.

-OEM gasket kit.

-Killer B oil pan

-Killer B oil baffle

-Killer B oil pickup

-Orbit Oil Pump ( soon to be swapped out for an OEM)

- Gates timing and accessory belt kit.

- STI Group N engine mounts

- Exedy Organic stage 1 clutch kit.

-Grimmspeed battery tie down

-Grimmspeed master cylinder brace

- Invidia divorced catted down pipe coated in swaintech

-Invidia Q300 cat-back exhaust

-Cobb V2 Accessport

These are mods I have already done:

-Group N transmission mount

-Whiteline crossmember bushings

-Whiteline steering rack bushings

-Whiteline Front and rear 24mm sway bars

-Kartboy short throw shifter and bushings.

-Kartboy front and rear end-links

-Kartboy pitch-stop mount

-AEM A/F ratio wide-band gauge.

I have the stock turbo, intercooler, intake manifold, injectors, rails, etcetera.

I am thinking about purchasing:

-Tomei UEL Expreme Headers.

-Cobb SF intake with box

-Perrin turbo-inlet

I still need to buy an OEM oil cooler and a Coolant cross-pipe; the stock was destroyed by the rod.

My roommate has done extensive work on motors but never a boxer engine. We have all the tools necessary to do the work, including an engine hoist and stand. I have plenty of beer.

Picking up the newly resurfaced heads and fly wheel. Oil cooler is on order; starting to get anxious.

Excessive clutch wear; it's my first manual transmission car.

Yes. I just picked up a coolant cross pipe from a MAIC member, bought the new cold air intake from Grimmspeed and setup a tune from IAG in Maryland.

Still waiting on the call from my machine shop. I'll start assembly as soon as I get the heads.
