Default 2005 STI swapped WRX PTE5858 NOW WITH MOWR BOOST

Update: added ID1700's and an IAG compatition AOS

Made 11 more HP and 71ft-lb TQ and much more area under the curve!!

Location: ECS Performance, CT
Ambient Temp: 80 degrees
Elevation: close to sea level
Weather: sunny


Car: 2005 wrx with sti swapped bulk and engine harness working AVCS
Dyno Info: Mustang
Transmission: 2007 6 speed with legacy spec b 5th/6th
Gear: 4th
Peak HP at RPM: 537 hp @7850
Peak Torque at RPM: 447 tq @4900
Baseline hp/tq for a stock sti is 220
Target Boost: 28.5 E85, 24 for pump 93
Target AFR: 11.2-11.6 for E85, 10.8 to 11.1 for pump 93
Fuel: E83, and sunoco 93 oct

IAG Stage 3 Tuff
Larry's Power ported heads (2004 sti castings)
Kelford 264 street cams
Supertech dual springs and retainers
ECS pedistal mount
PTE 5858 BB turbo
Killer Bee Headers
Perrin Core FMIC
Tial Bov
Tial 38mm wastegate
All custom fabricated intercooler piping (still have fog lights), exhaust, and EWG routed back into downpipe
Vibrant Performance high flow Cat!
Sti swapped main bulk harness and engine bay harness with working AVCS

Fuel System:
Cobb Flex fuel
Id1300x injectors
Radium rails, fuel filter, regulator, dual pump hanger.
dual walbro 450's
size braided stainless steel -8 AN lines for delivery and return.
size -6 AN lines in the engine bay.

(injectors hit 99% on the street. we normally only see E70 here at the pumps so i will have some extra head room once i fill up.)

Driveline Modifications:
2007 sti six speed with legacy 5th/6th, South Bend Stage 3 clutch, DSS carbon fiber driveshaft.

Suspension Modifications:
KW Variant 1 coilovers.

Wheels:
Heavy 2011 wrx wheels with Bridgestone pole position tires 235/45r17

The second graph with the rev out to 7800 are my pump gas numbers. I made 444 hp and 370tq.

The dashed numbers is my old set on the same graph with a 2.5xtr on E70. Making 410hp and 360 tq @ 24.5 psi

That powerband is endless for pump! Great response and it pulls to almost 8k, sick build man

Maybe the combination of all the parts? cams, springs, and ported heads.


Also running a vibrant cat and the EWG is routed back into the downpipe!

Turbo is now maxed out at 31.5 psi. We tried pushing it higher but did not make any more power so we turned it back down. A similar set up car made 565hp on this dyno and went 10.2@134. Without any weight reduction.

Very happy with the way this thing scoots.
