I'm thinking of putting up a thread soon (in the next few days). I have a lot of data compiled (a few dozen cars) and template for the format.

I wouldn't use log data. My logs vs gps were pretty far off ( .5-1sec)

I am using a performance box (vbox) to measure all my times.

Will add more as soon as I get home.

Have you compared your log to gps to vbox? I would think gps would be most inaccurate as most can only be accurate to within ~30ft. But like I said no data on my end to back it, just opinion

The vbox(sat/gps box) is more accurate then the logs. Sample rates on the logs vary and can give me some faster then actual times.

I am currently doing a clutch and flywheel on the XTi and working on my other GC

Putting a vf setup on the GC

Those are Volks, they are on my wagon now.

Drove it down to the AWD meet in MD, did some tooling around and picking on unsuspecting "fast cars" mainly Evo's... lol
I need to sell this thing already, getting the urge to really mod it.

The GC is all setup.. just need to be home to take it for some shake down passes now. After the VF I am going to go for the pumpgas record that I made in Stu's car.

On a replacement note, My new Black Edition

GC vs GD but okay if you want it you can have it lmfaoo I'm over the pumpgas record it literally means nothing to me anymore, we did it in a full weight GD 2 years ago when going 10s in a suby at all was rare on a setup everyone doubted would work

Btw congrats on your new GTR I debating if I want a GTR or a z06 and a supra, I just inherited 2 houses and an apartment building with a store front. I don't see if I can justify spending 80grand on a gtr since a million people have them already, but both my subaru's and my EVO are going up for sale, maybe grab a stage 2 STi or something that won't break as a daily driver to keep my suby blood going

I thought I already had it, I did tune and drive it

I just want to push the number a little lower, has nothing to do with it being a GC/GD etc. If I wanted to go a "little faster" I could do it with the wagon, I want to go FASTER

Thanks and cool story.. I would get the GTR it is much easier to drive since it isn't a RWD. If your scared of your STI, a fast supra/zo6 isn't for you. Also I wouldnt base it off a "million" people having them.. The z06 is a pretty common site.
I thought you were redoing the subie( as of the last 6 months ), now your selling it too?

Go ZR1 or go home, 80,000 for a new GTR? Try 100,000 plus out the door! Love the color of the GTR, don't see as many in blue! The Black edition is what 120,00 after taxes?

Fixing the subaru, then maybe ill get a 9sec slip but then im selling it, tired of it breaking every 30seconds. High HP cars do not scare me, its the same reason andy got rid of his evo i do not care for the "floating feeling" that you have with the slicks. Yup you are correct you did tune and drive my car it was also on your tires. ive been building my EVO the past 6months and put the subaru on the back burner bc i honestly just have no passion to keep pulling the motor spending money to fix it and repeating the process. Not everyone can be a baller like you and own 75 cars, im selling the unreliable shiz to afford something more reliable

Nothing streetable about it, 10 point cage, no power steering, no ac, no radio, a fuel cell, loud fuel pumps. Unless your talking about driving it at the track, i wont drive it on those slicks they scare me. if it was on street tires i wouldnt have a problem.

Then switch it to a set of MH or MT drag radials.

You could always hire a driver then you won't need to be so scared again. Everyones gonna be breaking your "thank's to Jr" record Stu.

Lmfaoo I built the car, idc if jr drove it and set the record. And billy your motor will have to actually stay together if you actually plan on breaking any records with that car of yours, I don't think that 05 tranny is gunna help much either . And if everyone is gunna be breaking it how come it's been 2 years and nobody has yet? It's been 2 years it needs to be passed on to some1 else finally. Why don't you stop talking about how your car is gunna do this and do that. actually shut up already and do it.

And I don't need to hire a driver, I have people who will do it for free, but if you wanna see who's a better driver lets both get in a stock STi and see who pulls the better time

How about you do a run in your car then I will? Go get a stock sti baller. And I could give two ****s about your pump gas record I'd rather push my motor and go for 9s then waste it on a pump gas record.

And stu are engines are built by the same builder except mines simple stock valves stock valve seats.. what makes you think mine won't hold up? my simple build should run awhile.

**** you probably did your so called pump record on meth or race gas. Cheater everyone knows you cheated just ask your ex girl friend lol.
