Would either of these work with the H6 rear rotor? I have the FHI 4 pots in the front and H6 rotors/brackets with the stock 04 sliders in the rear. I would like to run the 2 pots as well, but I really like the bias shift of the H6 rotors.

The 2 piston rears are the same diameter as the H6 rotors thus bias shift = same.

You will need to run the 06-07 rear rotor from the WRX with version 1.1, 06-07 rotors have the same outside diameter as the H6 rotors. But, the H6 rotors are solid and the 06-07 rotors are vented, so therefore they are not interchangeable.

Question for the 1.1 adapter, how can it fit for both 2 pot and brembo at the same time when they have different size rotor(290mm vs 316mm)? I understand DBA has adapter rotor(STI size) for the smaller drum, but how's the pad going to sit with the rotors? Thx

Same way you can bolt Brembo's directly on an 06 w/ out a bracket - just the larger rotors.

And both pads will sit flush with the rotor due to caliper design? I mean FHI pad will sit flush with 290mm rotor and brembo pad will sit flush with the 316mm rotor but the mounting points are still the same? Thx

The mounting points are the same, but the internal depth of the calipers differ. With the "mounting ears" being longer on the Brembos. Which allows the larger rotor to fit.

i am a little confused with the model years listed for the forester... we have a 3rd gen 2009 model, which is the one that was just replaced by the new 2014. 2008 was the last model year for the 2nd gen bodystyle... which one should i be getting? |

Aigh! We need to fix that.
The third gen would use bracket version 2. -Ken
