I cannot rev that high... (I think) . I was able to hit 100 in 3th, now I am going to have to shift to 5th.

Nice quick shift. Car looks fast. Hard to get a time because it doesn't look like you really quite hit 100mph on the speedo.

man, that is nice!

i really wish i would have gotten another go at it in mine in the warmer weather before i snapped the H-beam. i really think i could have gotten it down quite a bit with some decent traction allowing faster shifts.

...oh well...

i hopefully will have some times for my 09 FXT soon. i am wanting to do some videos of it as mods progress...just a good way to track performance in a way besides the dyno graphs...

that should definitely help. it looks fun even with the torque being restricted.

yeah, i tried this before getting my gopro, and it didn't come out clear at all. now i just use a gopro with a mount stuck right on the top of the steering column. that seems to give me the clearest, most stable, and most accurate video.

which btw, i took a look at my HORRIBLE drag pass video i have. its really hard to see because the camera is on the headrest and not on the steering column...but, based on what little i can see and the engine noise in comparison to the previous video of just the steering column, it looks like i may have gotten the 50-130mph time down very close to 4.0. like i said, i don't think it is clear enough to actually be able to use it though (not to mention how embarassing the launch and 1st gear traction was ). xluben, if you want to, you can see if you can get a time out of it, but i doubt it...just go to youtube, search my screen name, and it should come up.

I might have to try the GoPro on the steering column sometime. It seems like it would be much easier than what I have now, and probably more stable too.

BTW, my car is now spooling quick enough to be around 20psi at 50mph (3,600 rpm's), so I can make a 50-100mph pass in 3rd gear the whole way in around 4.3 seconds

grrr...i really wish that dragstrip video was more clear. just looking at it on youtube, it really looks close to 4 flat. i hate that i didn't get a time that showcased how much power it was actually making before it broke...again
