Thanks and how to buy a car at a great price
First - the new WRX is due next week and I want to thank everyone on this web site for all the terrific info I got - Zaino, clear bra, mudflaps, tires, etc. etc. I got real good with the search. You folks know your stuff and it made buying a new car a lot easier!
I've seen a number of posts asking if they got a good price for their WRX. Here in Denver all the dealers were asking MSRP or above. So, a friend of mine used www.fightingchance.com. It's a great way to get a good deal on any car. We each got our WRXs for $300 over the total car and options invoice price - see the John Marzolf post in Dealerships. This saved me almost $2,000! The other useful site is www.carbuyingtips.com, for the inside tips about dealing with dealers. Go to these web sites and you will know if you really got a good price.
