Super Inexpensive Interior Light LED Mod...
http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.3863
http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.18061 I've used these and a few other variations from this site. I put them in my dome, map, and door lights. They look great and I get lots of compliments on the lighting when I unlock or open my doors and the dome/door lights come on. It's a nice, white light. They come with adapters that you can plug into just about any light receptacle... I've bought many things from this site over the past couple years. Everything is FREE shipping, and it's pretty dang cheap! Always cheap in cost, and sometimes cheap in quality, so just read the helpful reviews. It comes from Hong Kong (IIRC), so shipping takes almost 2 weeks or so, but if you're not in a hurry... Customer service is good too. I think I got something defective once and they just sent me a new one without having to return the defective item. Anyway, just wanted to pass on a cool site with good deals I found and used... Hope you can find it useful.

how do you get the lights to come on when you unlock the doors? I'd love to do that.

I guess it has to do with the alarm module. I don't have the factory alarm.

I have Bright White LED's in my dome light, both puddle lights, and my map lights.
Looks awesome. I'm looking into an LED light bar for the trunk. |
