Default ej207 maintenence help

I have a sti version "7" jdm motor and before I put it in I wanted to perform some general maintenence. My questions are does the 07 use the same timing belt and spark plugs that the usdm ej205 or sti motor use? Any advice on how to go about this would be most helpful to me. Also if anything else should be considered before installing the motor i would welcome the information. thanks

C'mon v7 owners! I'm not exactly the first person who has done this swap. Perhaps someone could point me in the right direction? Thanks

Yes all belt related parts (except the AVCS cam gears) are interchangeable.
