yeh it just shimmied out of its bolts and was climbing out from under the car about to stick a nail into the compressor when I grabbed it. "No, bad awesome turbo, bad!" He said "but the engine says I suck" and I'm like "it's ur job, suck squeeze blow. Like a cheap hooker!"

If you go back to 35 or so, you'll find many of failed turbos were made by a company that used a custom compressor. They didn't use the Mitsubishi compressor.

The Blouch 19T turbos have a good reputation. So did the Deadbolt ones when he was still making them.

what size injectors u running?

my gain was about 40 whp, but i'm not at the limit yet, got room left for the injectors and turbo, just at 400chp with a ej205 don't wanna play any games until i'm ready for a motor build. Granted my car is under 2850 lbs, which could be partly for why I'm gettin such results.

For the td04hl-19t I ran 565's. For the 20g I ran 720's. For the 2.5 xtr I run modded stock flowing 815 with meth.

Then your tune was too conservative, that turbo will be pushing its limit with some 850cc injectors. With 565, you might as well keep the 13T. Like I said, I'm runnin 650s and am pushin em to bout 620/min, and the 19T will keep goin.

I realize it's a moot point as you have already moved to a different turbo and stuff, just want the info out for others lookin at the 19T.

If you have a good pnp job done that hogs out the snail in the right places and then pop on an external gate you could maybe get close to 300WHP. Otherwise just a dream for anything to get close to 300WHP with a 6 cm housing and internal gate. Even small 16G's and 7 cm housings don't get to 300WHP on 2 liter motors.

Anyone who claims 300WHP with a 19T I want to see some data with MAF logs etc. Show me a 19T pulling 4.6V+ with an internal gate on a 2 liter, just one. Best I've seen so far is 4.4 posted. Getting tired of the BS really, this is not a 300WHP turbo not even close in a normal setup...

No need to post it as an attachment just post the excel or CSV of the logs. Wanna see 260 on a 13T as well with MAF values. Sounds like a real optimistic dyno to me.

Dyno and airflow... It's pretty simple

'
Code:
 paste spreadsheet
'

Or just post the headers of the logged parameters and the peak values.

Dyno and airflow... I would be expecting something over 4.7 MAFV V on the stock MAF for that power level. My old setup ran more than that with a fully built 2.1 stroker PnP heads, STI cams and EWG on the small 16G. Internal gate, stock motor I don't see how it gets there

Gotta luv liberal dynos. My stroked, 272 cammed, meth, elh. tbe, 800 injectored, pnp heads, ported intake, pnp throttle body, tvg delete on a fp td06-20g only made 325/325. I guess I should go back to a td04.

weight of the car and occupants matters. 2 cars with exact same power adders, one weighs 3100 lbs and one weighs 2900 lbs. Gonna measure differently. Not to mention what level of "smoothing" they have it set on. 1 click of smoothing can drop around 40 hp off the chart

The number of people in the car does not change the airflow into a motor... Does not change timing or boost. Who cares about the chart we want to see data.

To paste an excel spreadsheet type "code" in brackets then paste the sheet then type "/code" in brackets at the end.

No it doesn't change airflow into the motor, but it's simple physics, it's easier for the engine to move with less weight than with more weight. This applies to off the dyno as that's where stuff matters and the car actually moves. Your car can dyno 900000 hp but on the road it could only be 4 hp.

That tune right there is an 03 dropped to 2835 lbs with 450 lbs of stuff, me, and my tuner in it. = 298 whp
