Default 98 Gt.....goin Turbo

Whats up guys...im going to be turboing my 98 legacy gt 5spd next month and i have a question.... what type of fuel and engine management are you guy's using... this setup is going to be simple and low boost on a budget.. what im gettin at is can i get away with like a RRFPR and my old injector from my wrx... and another question will my ecu see boost and what can i do to bypass that reading or correct it so it dosnt mess anything up.... thanks

You could probaby get away with an SAFC if you only want to run ~5psi.

i have i did alot of turbo setups on hondas and most of the time you had to install check valve's so the ecu wouldt see boost are subarus like that, also you said a safc sould work, so you suggest no rrfpr

hopefully you already changed the headgaskets, otherwise, get ready to do that too.

actually i blew up (2) 2.5l dohc motors in the past when i got this car it had blown head gaskets...so for reliabilty and a peace of mind i pulled the 2.5 and put a 2.2l slug in....
it slow as hell so thats why im turboing this one..i also placed a add in the for sale forum for the old 2.5 motor advertised with bad hg's

oh also a freind told of mine i need something for the knock sensor for the ecu doesnt pull or advance the timing
