USDM STI hid in JDM bugeye
Does anyone know it the usdm hid kit will fit in a jdm non hid bugeye head light

No. The USDM STi lights are not a "kit", they are complete OEM HID lighting assemblies which use (and are designed for) D2R HID bulbs. You can't just take the HID components out and install them in different lights.
Not to mention that your JDM lights are RHD and should not be retrofitted with HIDs due to the reverse pattern blinding other drivers, in fact even in their stock halogen form the beam pattern should be fixed before using them. |

well i know that but that is something that i don't really care about that. the car isnt' a daily driver

Guess ill just do the audi A6 dual xenon HID swap. seems like the easiest thing to do

Yes they are a projector, dual xenon Hid.
