Default Getting bogged down at 4000 rpm

Hey guys I just bought a 2010 wrx hatch and it awesome. I couldn't wait to throw some up grades into it. A friend of mine works at a shop I had him scan the car before I did anything to it to make sure everything was fine and I winded up getting 2 codes p0103 and p0113 but he car was running fine Nd me being overly excited wen my Cobb sf intake came in I though it right it and now when I get on it around 4000-42000 the revs drop for a second then continue to climb so I was wondering wether it's just MAF problem or I should get a tune thanks

Stop and think about what you're doing. Research on an actual computer, not your phone. You're risking a $10,000 repair bill for your wrx, which isn't a race car. If your friend thinks you can throw an intake on an 08+ wrx without tuning for it they don't know what they're talking about.

I'm not sure I'd call an intake an "upgrade" on an otherwise untuned, unmodified car. If anything, you've made your car worse than stock.

Dude its the Internet and nasioc. People **** on you but you can still get good info out of the place. Read up in some of the faqs, go get your car checked by a reputable shop and start fresh. Fix any mechanical problems then go for a good tune, and see how it feels to you before you plan any other upgrades.

This 1000x this. Google search "Subaru p0103 p0113" and you'll see it could be more than what I said. I simply gave you smartest answer (tune) and cheapest answer (clean MAF).

Yeah if you're friend works at a shop that has a big "jiffy lube" sign on it you might want to reconsider who you're getting your advice from.
