Default looking for the right turbo

looking to do a turbo upgrade. I wana get some decent hp's to the wheels but my car will be driven on the road not track or drag strip. anyone got any recomendations for me, i was thinking of the vf39 but not sure. if you got any good recomendations what am i gona need to go with it. injectors, fuel rail, fuel pump,<what size for each, ect.
