if i'm not mistaken, that song was the genesis of the rap/hard hock medium the eventually gave rise to bands like limp bizkit.

i forgot about that song. it was so forceful and energetic and so taboo to mix the racial boundaries of those genres.

Reading this thread so far I guess I'm not old. Music today is as good as ever. There is plenty of good rap/rock/pop/whatever, they just don't play much of it on the radio.
