Default Need a couple of bolts for my STI seats. Have them? Where to get them? Part number?

So Ross came over to help me ut the stock STI seats back into the car for the winter. Got the Sparcos out no problem. When we went to put in the stock seats Ross noticed that the bolts for the seat belt receivers were missing, and they weren't used on the Sparcos. Hmmmm....I remember seeing them in the cup holder after I had the Sparcos installed, but I can NOT find them now. Turns out they're some weird size that aren't at Home Depot or Lowes. As far as I can tell, they're M11x1.25. Of course M10x1.25 and M12x1.25 are pretty easy to get. Anyway, does anyone happen to have aftermarket seats and have these bolts available? Know any place around that might carry them? Maybe a part number so I can order them? Below are pics of the location/hole Where these bolts go on the seat. Thanks.

Yeah. I think it's something I'm going to have to order. Have messages in to Jackie, and all the local dealer's parts departments.

So no one has aftermarket seats and these bolts available? I'll buy them and/or replace them when I get new ones.

The bolts are not a typical size/pitch. I know this the hard way. Also, I can't find the bolt as a separate item in the parts lookup tool.

Just the whole latch/sensor/bolt assembly:
64630FE070ML $43.88/ea at subarugenuineparts

I believe it is an M13 bolt though... extremely uncommon size, not to mention the fact that it has that little 'step' in the bolt for the latch to pivot on and the wave washer to keep the latch from wobbling while still being free to pivot.

That's what I was afraid of. That I wouldn't be able to get just the bolts. The thing that really irks me is that they were sitting in the cup holder after the Sparcos were installed, but now I have no idea where they went.

Oh, and I am pretty sure it's an M11. The M10 was too small, and the M12 was too big.

okay yeah... i knew it was something "in between" - been awhile since i tried.

There is actually an SAE size that threads in pretty well, which is what we used temporarily last time I ran into this problem with a friend. I forget the size though.

Don't take my word as final on the bolt not being available seperately... try contacting Subie Gal and see if she has the real skinny.

Thanks for the offer. I did get a PM from someone that says he has a few, and just waiting on a reply. If that falls through I mnight just take that bolt. At least I could do the driver's side.

If I don't get any by this weekend I'll start scourng the junkyards. I would think the bolt is probably the same for many different models.

So when can I come by and pick up the Sparco's?

I'm free most nights this week.

Glad to hear they worked out OK. If anyone else needs any funky (or regular) bolts I have a huge bin. Mostly engine stuff, some general purpose stuff as well.

I need a stock downpipe to transmission bolt =)

Probably some standard 12mm head subaru size.

I dunno, this is my first down-pipe.

Dave, it's a M10x1.25 with a 14mm head. Those bolts also have the unthreaded 'starter' portion at the end of the bolt to aid in aligning the threads upon initial insertion.

Yeah, thanks again. When I first got them I didn't think they'd work, but they fit perfectly. Nice! You rock with you're magical bolts bin.

I would certainly like to try one to see if I can tolerate them for any long amount of time...

I always thought I wanted something that could recline, but then if I had a harness bar or a cage, I really couldn't recline anyways...so testing something in my car would be nice.
