i just dropped my wrx off at Richard Lucas Subaru on monday evening for a noise i heard in my rear. i told them that it would be possible insurance work! so i figured that they would definitely find/make something up as most shops would, but they didnt!! they checked the entire rear, took it for a test drive and checked the alignment; found nothing wrong with the vehicle, everything is correct and tight. so the best part was that i got to pick it up that evening and there was no charge at all!!!! I give them a good review for not making up work and not charging me for something that wasn't there, i guess it was just my imagination. thanks
