Hey Mark... Not sure if you remember me (Travis), but any chance I could use your skills to help with a boost gauge and oil pressure gauge install? I'll make it worth your time...I just finished the rest of my installs this weekend, but I haven't ever done gauges.
If you're busy or prefer not to, that's fine. I'm sure I can YouTube it, but I'm getting lazy now. Thanks Travis 920.540.5091 |

Anyone in Appleton area have any law issues with 20% tint? I want 20% but don't want to risk any issues with our beloved police force.
Thanks |

I have factory privacy glass on two of mine, kinda makes me nervous because I used to get hassled a lot when I was younger. Is there anyway to find out what % was applied in Indiana?

Should I leave the Turbo XS piggyback system in or take it out of the car? I have no idea what tune is on it or what settings it's on...actually I just have no clue about the thing at all. |

^If we're going to tune it we'll get rid of the turbo XS piggyback, but don't take it out before you're ready to tune it right away.

Is it okay to use the piggyback even though the engine we put in is set up differently? The piggyback was in the car with pretty much a stock engine with a catback exhaust while the engine going in has an aftermarket up pipe, downpipe, stock catback, STI injectors, aftermarket fuel rail, and a bigger intercooler.

Based on the modifications you listed I would only be concerned with the injectors. The car will still start up and run OK with the larger injectors, but you won't want to drive it in open loop fuelling with a tune.
I would ditch the UTEC. There's nothing the UTEC can do that can't be done with the stock ECU these days. |
