Default Long John Silver's chicken planks are the best/worst food for you

Man those suckers taste good...it's the "breading" obviously. Bad for you, I'm sure...but them pirates sure know how to make chicken strips (planks!).

Add some slaw and hush puppies and you are good to go for about 4 hours of couch dwelling...

It's breading....and grease.....and you eat it. Delicious.

I ate at long john silvers once in my life...I was like 7 and I didn't have a choice. Now, I wasn't a picky kid at 7 and even then I could realize that what I was eating was absolute garbage. I never ate there again and it's since gone out of business. I remember not being able to tell whether I was eating chicken or fish, there's a problem with that

Thought about the planks last night but decided on a shrimp burrito from Filiberto's next door.
