Question How to remove rear seat cushion for folding rear seat function?

I can't figure it out on my mom's Accord, don't have a manual.
The right side pops up but not in the middle, or is it not supposed to? I think it is... Is there a certain way to take them out?
FYI 93 Accord LX Coupe.

Wyn525i, I'm going to paint it flat white.

^ I'm talking about the part of the seat where you sit on, not the seat back...
