Default tougestar's 2012 OBP WRX Sedan Track Build

Hey guys! Wanted to start a build thread to document my progress on my 2012 WRX. It is my first Subaru so I still have a lot to learn especially since I came from a long history with various FWD Honda models lol.

My goal is to build a street car that can handle the abuse of track days. I am not looking for big power so I will be sticking to the stock turbo.

I'll try and post a video next week after I finish my installs. The downpipe makes the exhaust much louder and raw Lol. Sounds a little dirty but at the same time amazing!

Process West TMIC Installed!

Kartboy Pitchstop Mount

A friend and I attempted to do the Crawford AOS but the install proved to be more complicated than expected. I will be having it professionally installed so to make sure it is properly used.

The car is finally coming together!

car's looking good man! Why the switch to YimiSport from Church? Not happy with the tune from church or just looking to try a different tuner?

thanks for the feedback cliff! im pretty happy with the tune i got from shawn church and he has a good reputation for other cars too but i wanted to go to a shop that was more subaru specific. yimisport does subaru engine builds in addition to their tuning so i figured they would be more experienced with the boxer setup. also a friend highly recommended yimisport and his car runs smooth and strong. lets hope i made the right decision in switching lol
