I'll add to the Event Calendar.

I'm sure I'll stop by, but most likely will not enter the car.

*edit* actually maybe I will enter just for the business

also, is there that big of a Scion following up here?

I haven't seen a whole lot of "done up" Scions aside from the usual toaster with a fartcan and big ballin' 15" wheels.

yes, there's a pretty sizeable Scion club and many of them show their cars in sound off for Perfectionist or other Audio/Car shops.

Yeah, I've seen a few toasters in SPL competitions. Those things can definitely hold some sound in without sounding like complete garbage from the outside.

I just hate Db drags. I dig when my music is loud as hell, but clear. Clarity is just important as how much bass you can put out. But that's not what wins competitions.

I used to enter all sorts of IASCA sound shows, won 3 State Championships in a row for Sound Quality +.
Might stop by and check this out but I prolly won't compete, the wagon is still stock sound wise, waiting to swap my gear over from my Tacoma

any costs to show up and walk around? I'm trying to save every penny I can for bills and won't be entering my car but "may" show up to look around if its free.

Wasn't very impressed with the show. There was like only 2 cars of interest to me, an Audi TT and Hope's car. Definately wasn't my kind of crowd.

And there was like 3 bikes.

that had to be the LONGEST car show I've even been to! UGH! But both TT and I won our categories (he actually had 2 others to compete with and I had no one). But they told me I'd have won something regardless since the judges liked my car. I can't believe I was the only Subie there!
