You're right don't know much about cars. Won't pretend that I do. Instead of being a ass, why don't you answer the question.

PS.

When you can afford a 80k car, you don't need to know about everything. You pay people to do what they specialize in, not waste your money with trial and error builds.

Quit bickering about **** that either of you don't know or understand. Do a little research, the plastic resists heat soak a bit better but that is all it does and personally I wouldn't trust much boost to it. If you powder coat/ ceramic coat your aluminum manifold, use heat shield gaskets, limit or eliminate coolant flow to the manifold then the aluminum manifold gives up nothing to the plastic pos. If you want to know more about it read this. http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=2229576

Whats up with the money comments? No one cares how much you make or how little you make. Ppl take pride in what they build being they do it themselves or have someone else do it. Even ppl with tons of money have trial and error its a part of the game sorry theres no way around it.

As for the intake manifold question. Research Maxwell Power he did a test on a couple diff manifolds that will fit the answer your looking for.

Look at the thread I linked. You don't need to really look beyond that thread. There is a ton of work in the tests AFS ran.

Time is money, don't have time to do all the research nor builds. Obviously you haters have all the time in the world for this..

Let's just get back to the build!

I added a rotated gtx35r with dual fuel pump. Bought the kit for the gtx35r so it came with new headers + intake.
Will post the numbers soon!

I know its a bit rude to ask. But how much did this project set you back about? Minus the transmission?

Shoot, you could have gotten a base STi sedan for as low as 32..... Could have saved a lot of money on the transmission and labor LOL. 50k is a bit absurd for 420whp.

This is including the new setup which is a rotated setup. Should be 500whp+, on a mustang dyno. Which is around 575whp on most dynos.
