Default opinions on rims for a sonic yellow.

i have a sonic yellow 03 wrx i plan on getting the liberal kit and a carbon fiber hood and trunk and of course i am going to lower the car before i get the rims, probably tein coilovers. i think it would look hot with black rims but i am not sure which ones and what size. i like the look of 18s but i don't want to lose any performance plus i still want a confortable ride, so 17s seem to make sense as far as that goes but i want to know how much 18s will really affect my performance. i love the way 18s look. what style, size(17 or 18 and what width).

thanks
~kyle

I have an 03 Rex (Yellow) on 18's. Their Gunmetal gray. The look works for me. I really havent noticed too much lss in the performance arena. Perhaps a couple ticks in the 1/4 , but nothing major. Check the members car gallery forum (Yellow THread). Youll see all kinds of wheel/color combos.

Rock on fello yellow.
