Sorry, but I can't afford 18's and Bridgestone SO-3's. I like the rims though.

k, which one's do we have right? I'm thinking the silver superleggera's are Winslows', and the ADR's are yours? Is that much correct?
Then I'm thinking the first set may be 16" rims? So maybe somebody who want's to stay in the stock class for auto-x? AutoXr? |

Can I guess that the 18 OZ with SO-3 are Kato's? No fair on that question since he posts only every other month. That should look good on a WRB WRX with limo tint.

Did you guys get any coilovers or lowering springs to go with them? 18's on a stock suspension will look *very* 4x4'ish.

I wish those superleggera's were mine. I don't have the cash for them.
Gold P1s are ofrder's 18's will look SICK!!!! It'll fill out the wheel well. Suspension is the next area. I still haven't decide which setup to go with. Doing brakes first. Winslow |

18's should be the same height as the stock rims and tires, it will just have more rim to fill it up instead or tires.
Unfortunately I cannot afford to do suspension this year, so that will have to wait awhiles. I cannot wait to get them on, and see what it looks like. Kris |

It'll fill out the wheel well as soon as you get a suspension on it. Until then, 4x4 city. It'll look higher than it does now.
Bigger wheels create the illusion of more fender gap. They go hand in hand with suspension, which sucks, because I can't afford both at the same time either. I'll just have to keep my wheels (as soon as I get them) in my room for a little while. As for suspension, I'll be going with H&R Coilovers. Can't beat german. |

The fender gap shouldn't be too bad. The 18's and tires are a little taller than stock.
You just started a debate. The word is still out on stock struts with aftermarket springs. I've read some horror stories then I've read some good setups. I'd have to go with a complete shocks and springs upgrade. H&R is a good start. What spring rates are you thinking of going with? That might determine if you are going with stock struts. Winslow |

Nice rims Rob! Are those p7's 18" or 17"? As for the lowering springs with stock struts. I think you should run with them for a while. They will wear out the stock struts eventually but for now you can get the use and save up for the good stuff when the struts kick the bucket.

There will be too much fender gap yes, but there already is. I am sure that even with the perceived increase in fender gap, then 18's will still look like good!!
But thats just my opinion.....and I may be somewhat biased. Kris |

Rob's are 17's. I don't think they came out with 18's until this year.
