You have to remove the foglight from the bumper, three 10mm bolts (there is an adjusting screw in one corner, don't turn that). Once it's out unplug the connector (you don't have to but it makes it easier), open the rear cover and the bulb is there.

I haven't looked at the fogs on an 04, but I'd assume it's similar as far as having to remove the lights from the bumper to get to the bulbs.

it's pretty simple... here's how i did mine, i lifted my car, removed the fender well lining (becareful with those black pins, as they are easy to break) by using a flat head screwdriver to pry the middle part then pull the rest of the pins. then crawl under your car u will see your foglamp housing then unplug the wire and then push the holder of the bulb. thats it, easy.... i have to admit that the driverside bulb is kind PITA to replace other than that it's pretty easy. if you have anymore questions just fire away.

hope this helps.

for the 04's it's way easier if you take the fog light surround off. trust me. it's not that hard to figure out once you get that off.

My foglight on the driver side is out. I've changed the foglight on my Saturn before, how much would labor be if I took it to a dealership?

a lot more than 15 minutes of your time. remember your 15 minutes is free. theirs is probably not even pro-rated so what 70 an hour

just remove the three bolts. the upper inside one is the adjustment screw dont turn that as mulder said. twist off the back cover remove and replace.

i kind of remember there being different types of bulbs to choose from when i bought one for my saturn. i just don't want to have one brighter than the other. the passenger side foglight is the original. can anyone suggest a bulb and/or wattage?

55w is stock wattage. i say go ahead and replace both. thats what i was talking about 15 minutes. i would say go with some hella yellowstars. although if you just want to replace one, go to autozone and get their 55w sylvania oem replacement, should be the same color and brightness. but for about $5 each you might aswell upgrade to hellas www.rallylights.com
