Sorry haven't checked the thread lately. I still order from this website they're great. If you see a few dollar price difference the more expensive one is in the actual packaging...correct box and usually the box is wrapped in plastic so you can tell that it hasn't been opened.

The cheaper one many times will either come in a plain box and usually it's marked tester. Some will even come with no box but wrapped in bubble wrap. I'm not fussy I usually get these for myself. My family also doesn't care so I get those ones at xmas time and just put the bottle in a box.

So if you're getting it for a gift you probably want it with the proper packaging.

Be careful with the Romance...there are two versions the original version and also Romance Always. They both smell great I have both of them.

The perfumes aren't watered down from what I can tell they last all day long even the bottles that are clearly marked tester.

Good luck

This needs to be said:
If you wear aqua di gio or curve you smell like every other guido teenager that sprays it on after gym class. Might as well be old spice.

I've warn versace pour homme for years and just retired it. Does anyone have any female interest backed up smells that might be hard to come by that you cant just waltz into macys and buy? Something crisp, clean, soapy, and slightly sweet smelling perhaps? Any suggestions?

I wore both of those in high school 11 years ago

Now I'm rocking Lacoste Essential and Chanel Allure. My wife loves them both.

Glad it's approved.

Funny story, to me anyways. When my daughter was young I'd often cradle her with head sitting right on, not in, my armpit. We went to a freinds birthday party once and the friends sister was oggling the baby. She smelled her head and was commenting about the baby shampoo we used and how it smelled so great. My wife was surprised because we use the normal crap everybody else seems to use. She went over and smelled our daughter and replied, "Uhh, that's my husband's deoderant."

My boyfriend currently wears this, which I got him for Christmas:

It's spicy, ambery, woodsy, tobacco-ey. Really warm, sophisticated, and inviting. I occasionally spray it on the bed pillows so I can roll around in it, lol.

L'Occitane might be worth a visit. They have several men's colognes and I've found all of them to suit a different want. You might like their Eau du Badian, which is citrus top notes underscored with clary sage, anise seed, fig and black currant. All really clean scents, and fresh/fruity without being feminine.
