97 LGT front cat replacement?
my buddy is gonna be putting the borla reps on his 97 Legacy 2.5GT. He wants to replace the cat right after the header with a high flow cat or none at all. Does anybody know of a high flow cat or a pipe that can be put in there to replace the factory set up? Also any advice on a different midpipe/ axle back would be great too. Thanks guys.

I've been running the Stromung hi-flow cat + midpipe, in combo w/ the Borla gen4 header and spt rear exhaust/muffler section (previously stromung rear section, which rusted the F out).
the only two I'm aware of are Strumung, or the TWE for our application(s)... not sure if they're stil made, now that these car's are approaching psuedo "old school" status. http://www.stromung.com/subaru/price1.htm http://www.techworkseng.com/Products...ce_Exhaust.htm |
