Default UTEC Speed Density Tuning How-To?

Is there a how-to out there on how to tune speed density on the UTEC? I understand how to tune fueling on the ecu but this speed density and whole UTEC thing is new to me. I've downloaded the manuals and how to but none of them go in to detail on how to tune SD.
