Why not...I think my racks, while functional, are also aesthetically pleasing on the wagon. Here's mine with my brand new rollers on too...(sorry, I'm still pretty excited)

I just put my new racks together last night and they have a new fairing now that is a lot different than my old one. Not sure if I like it and it's "wings" yet... Ben |

I just got 50"s and I'm thinking I should have gotten 58"s. I need to be able to carry surfboards (~24"s wide) and a ski box at the same time. I've been looking at new boxes and THULE has 2 that are 21", 21.2" and 25" so it will be very close, but I think I might be able to squeeze everything onto the 50"s. Ben |

P.S. mine are yakima, not thule. And I agree with you that the Thule fairings are weird looking. |

Also if you can get someone to help you it's a lot easier if someone tightens the towers on each side at the same time, otherwise you need to go back and forth to keep them straight. If you just tighten one side all the way and then the other, the tower will slide on the crossbar and the roof so you end up with different length "stubs" on each side and the feet in slightly different places. Ask me how I know. Ben |
