Do you have the oil screens in the banjo bolts that feed oil to the heads (AVCS)?
Your car maybe new enough not to have them. They would be in the bolts into the heads if you have them. If plugged, or dropped they are a candidate to pop P0011 and/or P0021. There is a service bulletin on how to remove them and my car did have them. Note the past tense, HAD them.

I have this same thing going on with my 08 wrx. I took it into the dealership and $220.00 later they told me that I had "bad gas" it was tested to be almost twice the state limit for ethinol content. And as a result my car was misfiring on all four cylinders.. The technician told me to fill my tank at a different gas station and it should fix the problem. So i did and the car ran fine for about another two weeks and the lights all came on again. But the very next day all of the lights shut off on my way home from work and for about two days it stayed off but now they are all back on again. My car has trouble with the idle usually running at 250 rpm -500 rpm. Anyhow I am taking my car back to the dealer today hopefully they figure out what is actually wronge with it this time.

Check your gas cap. Make sure it's on all the way
