Holy ****, dude. This is not even NASIOC general bad...this is just weep for humanity bad.

This whole thread really. I've had plenty of decently fast and gaudy looking cars. Never had a problem with police OR other drivers. Shocking I know...but damn it's amazing how many less problems you run into when you don't regularly do stupid ****.

Oh...and at least 3/4 of these stupid stories involving guns are made up BS. Lying on the internet doesn't make you cool, kids.

where I live the WRX is a bit of a rarity - mostly pick up trucks here. Never trouble from other drivers but got pulled over in SC one time doing 4mph over. I95 was covered with SC troopers so I was driving very carefully. Super Trooper claimed I had swerved over the yellow line. Truth be told he pulled me because of the car or to check out my wife.

I don't ever get any grief from cops. It's all other drivers that wanna be #1 but it doesn't happen often.

"The vehicles that we're dealing with here were Lamborghinis, high-end Mercedes, Maseratis, Aston Martins, high-end Nissan sports cars...The drivers of the vehicles are all in around the age of 20 years old. They're all new drivers. The majority of them do not have their full driver's licence status"

Rich kids be like, Mom! Dad! Cops took my car I need another Lambo.

Yep, other people. In order of "Hey bro-ness":
Mustang - 1-2/week
Corvette - few a month
Civic (and other hondas) - Never try to race but you can tell they speed/swerve through traffic just because they passed me
Other subies - usually for laughs
Only one evo that I remember and I knew him so it doesn't count.

When I had my 09 wrx hatch, I got more "trouble" from other drivers being idiots wanting to race. I did get pulled over once for doing 85 in a 50 and a few more times for tints but didn't get any tickets. The NY State Trooper that pulled me over for speeding started talking to me about his love of cars. And the cops that pulled me over for tints, one just let me go and the other (NJ State Trooper) gave me a written warning. Nothing else after that.

Other drivers, on the other hand, you can already guess. Drivers tailgating me and wanting to race. If they honk, I just flip them the bird and mind my own business.

Cops usually leave me alone (suprisingly) considering my car is deffinantly not within the sound limits. Mostly big tough guys in the big turbo diesel trucks that act like dicks around my car.
