Default 2006 STi Cobb Stage 2 not making enough boost? HELP

So I have a 2006 STi with a Catless Downpipe, Cobb intake and Accessport V3. At any given time I'm only maxing out at 12PSI of boost. Just replaced the OEM inlet not too long ago and I did the timing belt. My question is what would cause something like this? And its a hard hit, like I hit 12psi and stop. Wastegate is at 85%, dont have any boost leaks that I know of. Any ideas? Thanks!

Have you actually checked for boost leaks?

thats the exact boost i was pushing when my vac line came off my intake that connects to the top of the BPV, it tends to blow off pretty easy in higher boost applications. i ended up using a zip tie to hold it in place
