When we get contributors, who should they write a check out to?

I believe there is a form you print from the ACS site and then you send them into ACS. I'm sure Ted will jump in and clarify though.

make the check out to ACS. go to your ACS page and print the off line donation form and have that sent in with the donation. if you know the amount of the donation being sent you can enter that amount on your "my participant page", once the payment is received at the ACS office i will be notified to confirm the donation.

Does anyone have any hotel suggestions for Saturday night that are pet friendly? The hotel in Burlington Vt is pet friendly for anyone wanting to know.

I know there was a small hotel/motel along the nearby highway we turned off of that was pet-friendly. it was right near the gas stations where we refueled, but I do not remember the highway number there or the name of the place where Simon's owners stayed. it may not be much help, but hopefully, just knowing there is a nearby place will keep your search focused in the immediate area.

We are checking with Dunhams in the morning to see if we can get them to do a 1 day exception on pets. You are not the only one with pets going. Can you give me a little info about your pet please, I'm assuming its a small/medium dog.

We are up to about 20 sponsors that are donating items to the raffle, it is looking like we should again have about $10,000 in raffle items.

For those of you that can not make it on the trip you can register as a virtual participant and for every $10 you donate you will get 1 raffle ticket. When you register as a virtual participant you are assigned a "number" by the ACS system, this number will be hand written on the back of the ticket(s). If your ticket is pulled we will email you. you will be responsible for shipping charges for large items, gift certificates/cards will be mailed at no charge to you. https://secure.acsevents.org/site/TR...lrb2r2.app312a

We have set up discounted room rates and a block of rooms at each hotel we are staying at, these rates are only good until Jan 2, 2013 book soon!

So far we are at $4283 raised.

Our small Dachshund will be our sidekick. If you get them to make an exception please let me know. That would be great.

I did call Dunhams 2 different times a few weeks apart hoping to get a different answer... no such luck.

Pet info PM'd to you. TIA

Me and my buddy's sti will probably register in about a week. I am just worried about hitting snow in the brz lol. It's 100 dollars a driver right ? Also saying it starts the 17th and that it starts the 18th is what's confusing me. Is the 17th for people driving up to VT. together ?

The 17th is the night before, our kick off dinner. A lot of people choose to come the night before, hang out, catch up and rest. We start driving the morning of the 18th.

$5,103 raised and 23 cars registered, most of the staff have yet to register so that puts us at about 30 cars so far.

the drive is 30 short days away!

This will be my 10th year attending this drive and I can't wait! I think this will be the 7th year my car has done the drive (2 years with previous owners & 5 years with me).

Still need to register and book my hotel rooms.
