Well a Great big thanks goes out to PIA for building the engine and tranny . Also to the Surgeline tuning for the awsome tune. Both of these shops are very well known and I would not go anywhere else for work on my car. PIA has been their with my car from stage catback to now and so has Tim with the tuning. I cant say enough about these guys. THANKS 2.5 hybrid stock 205 heads tdo5 small 18g aquamist hfs-5 80/20 meth water grimmspeed 44mm ewg grimmspeed intake manifold ported and coated catless turbo back perrin fmic E85 is what made the 419 torque and 348hp Mustang dyno BTW VIDS and DYNO charts soon to come.

What do you mean by 'small' 18g? They aren't rated like the 16g (small/Big/EvoIII/Super). You either get a TD05 or TD06 with a 7cm or 8cm hotside.

wow nice numbers!!! what bov are u running ? Tim is going to tune my 18g on e85 too, hope to make at least 320 whp , but at the end of the day its still a 2.0 so there's only so much hope lol

Normally we would not have ran the Methanol spray with E85, but the Aquamist system had the boost cut safety wired up, so the car would only run above wastegate boost with the Aquamist on. ( A good thing for the pump fuel + meth maps ).
While these graphs don't show it, we were able to run about 2psi more boost above 6k rpm in a few runs, and it made pretty much 0 more whp. Jeff |

that's a lot of torque there. it must pull very hard. looks like it'll be a great daily driver.

I used to have that same setup except grimmspeed 38mm wastgate, no meth,and I have a AVO TMIC but other than that same stuff lol, the spool of the tdo5 18g and a 2.5 hybrid(well I have 9.5:1 compression but..) on E85 is like lightning, no joke....
