after you do the primer you might want to hit it up again with the Opti Coat.

but yes you can give that a go, but the installer should take care of it.

I just bought a 13 WRX and the headliner is very dirty. The previous owner carried a bunch of tires in it for his car and it got grease on the headliner. Any help on a product and application would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

This stuff has worked when everything else i tried didnt, on both household carpet stains and headliner stains. Try it, but i dont know for sure what it will do on grease, but its worth a shot and on sale right now. Good Luck.

What were the stains on your headliner?

My friend had what looked to be a rust stain on his headliner, and some small other stains that looked like dark colored drinks had splattered. He also has some small grease spots from when we were working on it and some genius grabbed the oh sh++ handle and got grease on the headliner. The adams carpet cleaner was able to get all of it out.

DD, i bought a 2015 impreza and the dash is softer/rubbery.. curious what i should be using for cleaning. looks like the dealer got his fingerprints all over it. i dont like shine or anything like armor all, just looking for a cleaner/conditioner. not sure if the softer material on the dash is pickier than the average dash.

i have a bottle of turtle wax ice interior cleaner/protectant that i have heard good things about but i figured i would ask before i go crazy with it

thanks in advance.

I used Adams and it worked great! It took some elbow grease and patience to work the stains out of the headliner without ruining the texture of it. Thanks so much for the recommendation. I would recommend this to anyone with a similar issue.
