Default New Car!

Farewell STI.....hello C6! It pains me to say that I pulled the trigger on a C6 and therefore the STI had to go.

That being said, if anyone is interested in a well taken care of 19XXX mile black STI hatch with some very light and tasteful modifications it is being sold out in Winchester VA at UAG. COBB intake, accessport in the glove box, SPT exhaust, Factory short shifter, upgraded ebrake and shifter boot to alacantara with red stitching, rally armor flaps, tinted windows, rain guards, and RCE Black springs. I was the only owner (nonsmoker) and bought it brand new.

nasioc...full of haters.

yeah not my favorite part. I prefer the instant torque. They are supposed to cut down on the brake dust and help with heat dissipation. Who knows if that is true, they came with the car.

Enjoy the car.......they get great gas mileage for a performance car. I still got 28mpg on the highway in my C6 Z06 while pushing ~625hp.

Thanks. Yeah like I said, not my favorite, the calipers arent pretty either though. There is however a lot less brake dust on my wheels so far.

Yeah, certainly old man status at my ripe age of 26, haha.

I certainly didnt dream id have a vette by now, much less a c6. Honest truth, my car payments went up just a few bucks and my insurance went down a few bucks when compared the STI. Significant financial change going from sti to vette was 0. Also went from a 19k car to a 11k car odometer wise.

People really care about MPG's in a Vette no less a 625hp Vette?

You went from seasonally swapping winter tires on a car to having to swap the whole car. You DO have a winter car... ryte!!!???

Very nice. I almost made the Vette move last year. Difference being, I AM old and it suites me.

Enjoy your beautiful new ride!

No one buys a sports car for gas mileage, but it is true that it should do better than the STI. I wasnt focused on getting a better MPG car but ill take it.

Wifey has an AWD explorer with some gnarly tires. I should be fine. As long as the roads are clear ill drive the car in the winter. Little cold air never hurt anyone.

If I cared about gas mileage, I wouldn't be driving a Raptor as well. Just pointing out a fact to the new owner. The corvette Z06 was also the first car to be over 500hp and NOT have to pay the gas guzzler tax from the factory. Enjoy the car.
