Default jdm v7 bugeye body conversion to 02 WRX wagon

Good morning everyone. Apologies if this topic has been covered before but I can't seem to find it via the search button here. My friend has access to a jdm v7 front end clip. My questions is would the body panels, i.e. fenders, hood front bumper, hid headlights bolt directly into a usdm 02 wrx wagon? If not, are there major modifications that need to be done in order for the parts to fit?

Thanks everyone in advance

I'm pretty sure it's all bolt on?

It's all bolt on and will make your front end look better as the sedan bodies are wider than wagons.

Hey 25rsti, does the whole front end from the v7 have to be swapped in order for proper fitment of everything or can I just mix and match whatever components i need. I.e. Just install the wider fenders?

the front fenders might look funny since the rear on the wagon isnt flared out much like the sedan is. so front will be wider and the rear not so much. But IIRC its all direct bolt on.

There is a plug and play kit sold by Ceasar at http://www.lightwerkz.net for the headlights. Just know, JDM headlights are made for RHD so when you drive at night here in LHD land you will not be seeing as much as you did before and you will be blinding oncoming traffic.

Just using the fenders will look funny with you wagon front bumper too. The wagon bumper doesn't match up and is narrower. If I were you I would use the complete front end, keep your stock headlights on for now. Find someone here or online that can retrofit the jdm headlight for US LHD roads.
