Here is a quick "video" of the exhaust:
Unfortunately the video is just audio over still images. It was simply too dark for real video. Even at ISO6400, f/2.8, and 1/30sec shutter speed it was still nearly black. I had to use long exposure photos and the audio from the video clips. As you can tell, this exhaust has a pretty mild sound signature. Especially paired with the EL headers it is very quiet inside the cab. It has zero drone at all. There is a little more noise outside, but it is not loud. The fit and finish is great, and the tips look amazing! |

That sounds real good with the revs, I as well love the look of those tips and their fit.

^looks like the best fitting exhaust you've tried xluben. Decent ground clearance and nice looking tips.

Yeah, the ground clearance is nice, and the tips are probably my favorite of any that are available.

As much as xluben deserves all the mad props in the world, ^ UEL FTW ^. I don't think I could ever give up the rumble.

There definitely seems like a big difference between the manifolds. I noticed that your video, and the other videos for this exhaust all sound much deeper and throatier. Much more Subaru-like. It sure is something that polarizes people. My EL vs UEL sound video on Youtube seems to attract a lot of EL haters. I'm not overly concerned about keeping the Subaru "rumble" if it is at the expense of power or spool, but that's just me. I can see why some people want to keep it. |

The 08-10 STI is also widebody. But the lip won't work because it is a different bumper. |

I'd have to hear xluben's car under load to really compare, but rsutton's setup really sounds ridiculously good in that video
generally I do like how EL headers sound though because I'm a honda fanboy rsutton, do you still have stock internals and gears? |

His setup definitely sound better/cooler. Even under load mine doesn't sound that impressive. I do believe he has a stock motor and tranny.
