Default Rubbing noise only on right turns...

Alright so I've had several noises going on in the last few weeks and I've solved them all except one.

When I make right turns (and only right turns) at anything higher than parking lot speeds I get a rubbing noise like sshh sshh sshh.

Background: I recently replaced all four brakes with brand new rotors and pads (that fixed one noise). After I did that I noticed my new Borla Hush (that I put on right before I did the brakes) was slightly rubbing against my axle (the green part) creating a tin rattle type noise. At this time I also had the noise I'm describing now only stonger where if I make a right turn it sounds like something is rubbing. I got Kartboy long hangers and that stopped the tin rattle sound (thank goodness) and I thought it would stop this sound too but apparently not. It did however make it less pronounced.

Can anybody help me out? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like wheel bearings to me.
