Decided to change a little bit from my gold BBS's.
I plasti-dip'd the inner wells, and painted the faces Duplicolor Engine Paint (Ford Blue
These are 17in ASA JH3's

too blue for me personally but if you like it rock it, it is definitely different... very cool!

I'm feeling them out still. I have a week before I need to paint them again. I only did primer and two coats before the tires were put on. I knew they would get damaged during the process, so I waited to clear them.

This is krylon fusion gloss white. No primer. I did use adhesion promoter. Only did one wheel. Gonna get some white primer and do the rest tomorrow...ill post pics of the car later. It's a black 07 wag...

the only critique i have for ya is you should get some 2" butt spacers, we all have that scooby butt sag... it sucks but its true... ha ha. but still awesome

Front will always have a gap unless i run coils. But in alaska coils is hell!! Lol

nah, you can run the rex struts, wrx springs in the back and sti in the front and you will be even. was just reading up on that a while back, pretty sure its that, might have been switched but im pretty sure its wrx rear and sti front

painted some 95 Legacy rims for my friend today, wish i coulda gotten them sandblasted before paint but they came out ok for how bad the surface was. 3 coats of flat black sandable primer and 3 coats of clear. came out kinda cool, just wish they didnt have the imperfections... sall good though, he was happy with them!

my winter set of WRX rims go "under the knife" tomorrow
here's a little teaser of their future

BOOM! update!
after 2 coats of metallic

ended up doing one more and then stored them, waiting for it to get a little nicer out before i co clear coat, i have had problems in the past with clearing when its cool with moisture in the air, fogging and such. not good. so im waiting

Possibly? If so I may try to touch them up. They are black basecoat and the clear is what make the colors. Kid said he bought the paint from autozone.
