Its stainless. Yes I used a mig. I learned a ton on this project. Its not as pretty as most of the other stuff in this section of Nasioc but it seems to work well so far.

It's hard to find a premade kit to fit a 3" vband outlet. Is my only choice to go with a custom setup? Who's out there that can makes a good quality rotated setup for this turbo?

ETS makes a very nice rotated setup that will work with the precision setup.

Ok so where I'm stumped is how much do you rotate the turbo. Is everyone just guessing or is their an actual measurement to the rotated uppipe. I will be making my own adaptor/extension pipe to get it up and clocked to the right.

if you have skill to fabricate the required pieces, you are smart enough to figure out how much you need to rotate the turbo to make it fit.

Going rotated! Not sure what to do with vacuum lines off the stock intake? Should I make a canister for them or just try making my intake Identical to stock so the lines fit? Advise please 04 Sti

At scob for life. I'm not looking for snide smart ass remarks you ****ing troll. So any one else have a worth while information to help a brother out? I see flanges are roughly 1/2" thick *2 and I assume the pipe that would have to be made would be roughly 3 to 4 inches.

I don't see anything snide about his reply. Every turbo is different. Pull the old one, put the new one in the bay and go from there. There isn't a set spot for them.

Default My take on a 2014 WRX

This was a customers 2014 we are in the process of building.1000 miles on the odo and she's got our Rotated GTX 3076 and fmic setup. I see a lot of people choke the inlet's of these turbo's down to fit, If you design the kit right from the begining you get everything to work how it was designed to and it looks great doing it. Backpurged 321ss uppipe 304ss down pipe. CNC'd Flanges. GO USA!!!!!!!This one Has a GESI Cat with testpipe option.

Bone Stock

Air oil separator

GTX3076 Tial housing Tial MVS

Super Clean Install hope you all appreciate the hard work we put into this. We are almost done

^5, it's awesome that you got the vertical flow IC. I've thought about doing what you did for years so it's nice to see that someone went out and rocked it.

Thanks yea me too. on these body styles its the best way to keep the pipe length down as well as keep that drivers side cleaned up. Too Much cluttering of the battery area.. Thanks for looking
