My rough math indicates that it would take a month for the ship to get to Boston from Japan assuming minimal stops (and 20 mph). No way my car is on that one.

Probably a non issue man, must have been in the pipeline already. Depends on options, which other that navi shouldnt matter with shipment.

I did call SOA about mine though when my ETA went from april to feb 26th. That did make me nervous i was getting some test drive mule

Yeah but you're SOA and I'm SDC... Idk if that has anything to do with cars already in the pipeline? Maybe SOA gets pipeline cars first over SDC?

And I'm out. Picked her up on 2/14, visited a friend for the weekend, and made the 19hr drive back to CO lastnight. Here she is at home after giving her a quick wash to get all the salt and snow off her.

Lol yeah I still have to put my car up for sale. Prolly do it Wednesday since cars seem to be coming in faster. I'm actually kind of glad mine isn't in yet... While I can afford the payments if I don't sell my car, ide rather have a lower payment lol.

I got the break in done with in Nebraska. I think there are ~1450 miles on her now I only live about a mile from work so there shouldn't be anymore major mileage until climbing season.

I'm not sure. I think it depends on who you finance through. I know a lot of places just take time off the loan.

Ahhh i forgot that. It cant hurt to call and give yourself peace of mind. 10 mins of your time. Hell thats what I did. I was nervous i was going to get a couple hundred mile WRX, and i would have to walk away.

Yeah it definitely wouldn't hurt to call. I wouldn't want one that was used to test drives. My buddy got a dealer swap and they drive it up from nyc to the dealer near Albany and he had like 250 miles on it when he got it. That would have pissed me off and I would have walked away lol.

My dealer said he saw a car do that this past week as well. He didn't make it sound like it was a pipeline/dealer trade though.

Gives me false hope! (Ordered 1/25)

Nope, downpayment doesnt reduce the term only the amount of principle aka payment. Not sure of everyones credit, but check into it before you pour tons of money down.

I am putting $0 down and got a 1.49% rate for 72 months. Stupid for me to put down money when the entire lifetime interest on the loan is ~1,500 or so.

Yeah I've been in the process of trying to fix my credit. Made some stupid mistakes whe I was younger but I was able to get 3% through my credit union
