so these floor liners - are they sort of all-weatherish? I actually don't need the ability to catch tons of crap.

They're like plastic-ish rubber floor liners that cover all vital, high wear areas, and protect the factory carpet underneath. They're really more than JUST floormats. I'd suggest that ANYONE with ANY new car should get them. Well worth the price.
They're like a good pair of workboots. I can go get the crappy $30 pair at walmart, but they SUCK and don't last. Or I can get the $160 Redwings and be comfy and happy for 3+ years. |

Well if you ever feel the need to protect that leather, they make good $20 seat covers that are cheap, but fit decent .
I work in steel fabrication so without the seat covers and Weather Tech's my interior would be hard to keep clean. |

they are.... Um.... Yeah. I've had mine in Since late August and did NOT believe how much crap i actually track into my car. They make vacuuming a breeze and you just hose them off. No need for floor mats for the rest of your life. Okay, seriously, if you live in AZ or So Cal, work in an office, don't have kids, pets and what not... You might be good with just regular floor mats... I'm in New England... Winter is almost here. |

I did see that plate bracket as well and it is molded to fit the shape of our bumpers...about 27 bucks I think.

I'd pick up some nice mudflaps or a new NAV radio.

I will be buying the Limited Leather steering wheel. It's $325, but it will be well worth it. The non Limited steering wheel feels terrible.

So I've ordered the floor liners from amazon - can't wait to see them in action! I'm also planning on picking up the cargo tray from the dealer with my 10% off coupon they just sent me. I think I'll pass on the back seat covers for now since I generally won't be putting them down and when I do I'll just toss a blanket down. |

Anybody know if the Perrin End links for the 2012 Imprezas are a good investment?

If you are gonna drive your car hard (in the turns) and auto-x then Perrin, KB or WL endlinks would be great upgrades over stock. I am not an auto-xer so OEM is fine plus those days of pushing the car in the turns are over for me. Occasionally I like to play...lol

I have absolutely no idea whether you can use the original screws but I assume you can and I don't know whether this bracket comes with its own screw set. I would think that this bracket uses an extra 1/8-3/8" of screw length so the screws should be long enough sandwich your plate and bracket to the bumper.

went with a place through amazon. it was only a $5-6 more I think. http://www.amazon.com/Weathertech-44439-1-2-Front-Rear-Floorliners/dp/B008OITWN6/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1349170632&sr=8-3&keywords=44439-1-2
unless there is an aftermarket equivalent I feel it's worth it. it looks nice. it also has some handy dandy plastic screw head covers so they don't get corroded. |

M45, your profile says that your car will be a "2013 Impreza SL". I assume "SL" means "Sport Limited".
If that's the case, then I'm pretty sure your car will come with the leather steering wheel. That's one of the upgrades from 2012 to 2013. You'll also get the leather shift knob, I believe. |
