Completely replaces.

You would need to drain, clean and refill to switch to this system.

we were using that with an ozonator and our chemical usage went down 90%. Very happy with it.

Oh....and this is another reason to illustrate how awesome Costco is. We bought the spa through a road show at the local warehouse. Two years ago. Stopped working six weeks ago...called for warranty service through the manufacturer. Runaround for weeks. Called Costco's Special Events group in WA and within a week, they had it taken care of. They apologized and said they couldn't get the company to fix it nor replace it, but all they could do was refund us. FTW.

I'm not sure but I might use that Nature2. I use something similar called The Frog. Let me check when I get home.

I can put it on lay away?

Dan, I'll have to see what type of chem. we have for our pool, but I may be interested....worse case, I get the stuff from you and haul it to Doc.

Jim, ever been bobbing-for-grenades in a hot tub before?

I'll take the shock off your hands if it's still available. I'm not sure if the Nature 2 stuff would work in my hot tub.
