[quote="666stars;42220872"]The pfr7b would be the double platinum version. That's what I use on my Ver8. Amazon sells them http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B001MU5JB2?pc_redir=1404745697&robot_redir=1[/QUOTE
Thanks much!

in US, $75-80 may buy you the plugs packaged in the pink box from Sti as well.
I am waiting to see who will post first that they tried the 8 series plugs in their 207. |

These questions have been answered in the 207 thread. Yes, there is a difference, don't buy the -11, even in a platinum, not only iridium.
While some have found work-arounds for regapping platinum plugs, the safe advice is to stay away from re-gapping anything but plain copper, buy the right plugs. |

Does anyone know if any usdm timing belts will work on a EJ207? I work at O'Riellys and get a good discount so I wanted to order a Gates thru work.

Probably because some states require more readiness monitors to be set than other states. The jdm swap wont set all the monitors.

I will admit, it looked like they had to test the car two times but I passed. My car happens to be catless too...

EJ207 Info
For the 2 vac lines off the valve covers that connect to the inlet line via that piping on the stock top mount. I'm running an FMIC and don't have that piping setup, so I have a few questions. It's a 2001 ej207.
How important is it that the valve cover lines be equal length? The inlet line is larger ID that the valve cover lines, if I use 10mm ID for all of them will I have problems? Will high temp, thick walled silicone vacuum lines work ok for this or will I have problems? I planned on just using a 10mm T fitting for this, but considered fabbing up a pipe setup similar to the OEM one to mount on the firewall, my only issue with this is that the vacuum line/piping length will be starting to get a little ridiculous. Hopin to get a few opinions. Swapped a v7 into my 02 wrx wagon. Had a huge issue with avcs wiring. Car is at the tuner. Avcs doesn't seem to be working 100% and also car is running lean under load. Checked fuel pump, smoke test. I think next thing to check is maf, fpr, and injectors. Anyone know what else could be causing it to run lean under load?

Got my swap running and having a few issues. Idles rough but smooths out when you give it gas past 1100 rpm. Also breaks up when the cars in boost. Car hasn't been tuned yet and I also have cel that I can't pull. Anyone got any ideas?
