What did you order? It must have been a small single item possibly and slipped by.

I ordered a roof spoiler, mesh grille and rear seat protectors.

Did anyone else get the rejection message that the double coupon codes could not be used?

Wasn't a small item. Got crossbars, a bike rack & some WRX parts for a buddy.

Week 10 for my Impreza sport limited and they still have no update. . . My '12 wrx took 9 weeks but now I'm at 10 with still no more information than the day I ordered it. Subaru really needs to step up their ordering process.

If you don't have a VIN or delivery date yet you need to call SOA ASAP! If you do have a VIN and have passed at least one est delivery date you should still call them to explain the inconvienences you are experiancing and to let them know that you're tired of waiting. This may/may not help but it should make you feel better and you may also get a coupon code that may help ease the pain.

I've had my 2012 Impreza for a few months now and love it!

But I need a new tire.. picked up a nail near the sidewall. Did anyone end up replacing their Avid S30Bs? Would like to pick one up!

Same here, order on web site shows order with both discounts and status of "completed," but email notification shows only one discount. No email notification. I'm OK with that.

As for your credit card pending charge, that is just the amount allocated at the time the order is placed. What matters is the amount when the charge is settled/finalized.

The charge has gone through now and the amount is the same; i.e., both discounts were applied.

I have been calling SOA every two weeks. Every time I call them, they say they have no update and to try again in 2 more weeks. I called Friday with no updates. I at least got a VIN from them after 6-7 weeks on my WRX.

I replaced the Avid's on my Sport Limited a week after it was delivered. I bought Continental ExtremeContact DWS and gave the delivered tires to my Sales Rep (He ran over a large rock and shredded a tire). The Avid's are low performance (in Snow, Ice, and Slush) and cost a great deal. They do however, provide slightly higher gas mileage than the Conti's.

How does the road noise on the freeway compare with the Avids?

See the MPG thread but most folks including myself are not seeing the high end 27 mpg city. This car has just enough power so in my case I guess I drive aggressive because it feels a little underpowered. With almost 2k miles on my sport I get between 16 and 22 city

I love continental extreme contact tires! Had them on my mustang, what a difference! Sears will price match them.

My biggest gripe with this car so far, the paint. I drive all highway so I should expect some, but I recently got a hood nick the size of a pebble. That on top of a good amount of other ones. I've got 5k so far, a lot of it being highway..so I guess I cant complain. My old car was an Audi, and after 12 years the front end on that car did not look that bad for the mileage/age. They are known for having some of the best paint out there though..Any way, just ordered a hood deflector to hopefully prevent future nicks.

I can totally agree with you. I had the car and only put up 200 miles. 200 miles!!!! Already I have a nic on the paint. Wussup with that! Any solutions our there besides touch paint? I have read mixed reviews on dr. color chip...

Bumper Plugs

3/8 Nylon plugs for .51 at Ace Hardware. Painted them with DGM touch paint. Also painted the L's plate screws to match the car.

I just installed a hood deflector on mine a week ago. I don't really see how it can prevent much except for the narrow area that it covers.

Regarding oil filters, is 15208AA160 (factory) interchangeable with the 15208AA130? I have heard both yes and no.

Mobil1 Advanced Fuel Economy 0w20, no additives or treatments

I was surprised to find that no auto parts stores or Walmarts around here carry 0w20 of any kind in jugs.

I went to Walmart today to see if they had it, I found the price label for it, but the shelf was empty of course.

We got the full front leading edges covered with the 3M film. A bit pricey but after reading this I am REALLY glad we did. Better coverage than the chunk of plastic "deflector" and a lot more discreet IMHO.

I have the 3M film on my 03 Element and its done a good job. Previous vehicle did NOT have it and all the leading edges were pocked pretty heavily in the same type driving.

What do most people do with the film, leave it on? Or do most take it off eventually to enjoy the good paint?
