Default No Houston Texans Football Discussion thread....well let's start one!

I wonder why we don't have one. I mean, like we even need to cover the opposing teams wide receivers.

No seriously, thank god I'm not a hardcore football fan and just happen to have it on while cleaning the house. I still have to say Luv Ya Blue!

I just watched the biggest NFL blunder I have seen in years and tonight the Texans will be embarrassed on national TV, sports-center, you name it regardless of the outcome of this game. Can a NFL owner make the coaching staff run stairs?

I love my local teams, most of you have been with me or know how much I like the team but this is getting hard. As a fan, I have done my part, I need the Texans to do their part.

Not today, this game has been amazing, it's one of the most intense games I have ever seen. Fights, late hits, you name it.

It pisses me off to no end, after the first week, I can't name how many people said that the team wasn't ready, and that it was the coaches fault, well guess what, the Jets surprised the hell out of the NE Pats too and have started their season the same as us, if Kubiak needs to go then so does Belichick...

I know it is early in the season, but the Jets have the best defense in total yards so far this year, playing against the teams that had the number 3 and number 5 offense in total yards last year.

I don't think it is a fluke, the Jets have a damn fine defense this year assuming they can keep people healthy. That and Sanchez looks damn good for a rookie QB.

But of course, we won this week (against one of the defenses that was top rated coming into the season), so now everyone is happy again...

Texans are where it's at, and I can't wait to watch the next game where they whoop up on Jacksonville on CBS!!!!

We were robbed yesterday with that call on Walter that touchdown should have been ours.

Definately. I hope they file a statement to the League about that bad call. Won't change anything though.

They could have played better than that overall. People on the radio, as usual, are blaming the defense. The offense failed to score too many times, with fruitless drives. The defense at least held them back to 3pt field goals a couple times.

This was akin to letting a UFC fight go to decision. It's a coin toss to see who wins basically.
