Man, you're such a ***.
Seriously tho, I spent 20 minutes enjoying some fine forum entertainment watching you 'bashing'. When I read your response, it will be 20 days from now because I never check my nasioc account. Go touch your 'perfect fitment crew'. I'm sure it's all dandy over there with your 16", 4" gaps over there. Have fun rallying (or the lack of rallying you do). I don't own a '2.5i', nor do I own a 500whp animal. |

Here’s mine, a 2010 Canadian-spec 2.5i with 5-speed and Sport Package…
Additions: Sport Edition 17x8 wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport 225/45R17 for summer Hankook I-Pike W409 on factory 16’s for winter Kenwood powered subwoofer under driver’s seat Tint I bought this car new in June 2010, so I’ve had it a year, now. It had all of the features I wanted, an engine and drivetrain unique in its class, plus a good reliability rep. For the first few months though, I was questioning my decision. Compared with the Honda Prelude I had before, this car was too softly sprung, with a cheap interior, slow shifter and crappy stereo. I seriously considered trading it in for something else. Then winter came. With the Hankooks in winter, this car comes into its own. That soft suspension absorbs rough roads without bottoming out, the traction is amazing, and the heated wiper area and hill holder are great to have, too. The car seems to prefer being man-handled. I can throw it around and it pitches and rolls a lot, but the tires stay glued to the road. I think I get it, now. So I added a few accessories, like the Kenwood sub, which improved the sound enough to satisfy me for now and the WRX-sized tires for summer. For wheels, I picked the Sport Edition KV5, as I liked the looks of them (could do without the screw-heads, though), they were 8” wide and the price was very reasonable. Not the lightest as 22 lb per wheel, but fine for a daily driver. The Michelins are excellent, too. Thanks to Luke at Tire Rack for his help. In the future I might add Rallitak sway bars, and possibly an in-dash nav unit once the factory cd changer packs up. Now, about that wheel gap... Awaiting pollen dusting Can we come with you?
