The drag racing ALK.....LOL wut?
Below are ninja spy shots, not authorized by TiC.
installed view from bottom installed view from rear looking forward mock up from side mock up from top Where is it installed? Rear trailing arm forward bracket; moves bracket down .5" to remove factory anti-squat. LOL wut? Allows your rear end to squat, Corvette like, to gain more traction from the rear. Specifically catered to you drag racing types. Initial testing on the same car, same track with no mods other than these yielded .2 second off of the 60 ft time. Test car went from 1.6 to 1.4 60 ft. That's BIG gains! Price? SUB $100 Installation? 15 min/side with the possibility of needing a rear alignment check afterwards. Availability? Everyone gets these in specifically vague 2009, and after I get my set!

I'd assume if you were that hardcore into drag racing and want the "squat" then keep the suspension stock...?

Nasioc has really gone bad when moderators are promoting products in the PPB section!!! Is the economy that bad? Maybe Unabomber made a mistake. If he didn't, then is inappropriate and he should reconsider his moderator status. Dude, take it to vendor announcements or off-topic. It does not belong in here.

as long as its for a registered vendor and not vivid, i got no beef.
tic is good people, and this is the best place to talk about it since its pretty much only for the dragsters. there is proven power bragging in his post too |

Proof!? Going from a 1.6 60 ft to a 1.4 60 ft... is a huge difference. Also specs on the car... I've never seen or heard you guys (Unabomber or TIC) in a car that's serious enough to do 1.4 60ft.

Some of you have me confused with a Vendor, that is a Turn in Concepts soon to come part, not something from me. I don't sell anything. I'm just making an announcement about a part that would interest drag racers. And where do all the serious drag racers hang out and the only drag racing-centric forum we have? Its the internet folks...it's not that serious.

damn a 1.6 to 1.4 60' is really hard to believe just from that one piece.. If so tho that is CRAZY!! Could have used that on saturday!! Could have dropped my 11.3 pass to a 10.9999 LOL Cant wait for people to try this out, wanna hear some feedback first before i go get this part.. I dont like being the guinea pig

Interesting idea. Somebody should do back to back testing with/without these to see if it makes a difference. I know all my drag racing traction issues have always been with spinning the front tires, not the rear.

You must have missed the last few posts. The internet is JUST. THAT. SERIOUS. Interested in price and how this would do with a suspension set up. Also, how would this affect autoxers? |
